We have created a Discovery Form that you can share with your clients or use as a reference for your own questions in a tool like HolaBrief.

You can download the InDesign file and update the questions and branding to fit your projects, or use the PDF as is. The fields are set up so your clients can fill in the text boxes and tick choices that suit them.
